Agency president Bill Mills Jr. and his staff take pride in working directly with their customers. When you call the agency, you’ll speak with a person. Everyone in the agency, principals included, shares the responsibility of answering the phone and taking care of customers.

Prior to working in insurance, Bill, a Saucon Valley graduate, attended Lincoln Tech for electronics in the evening while working in the construction and excavation field. He acquired his property and casualty, and life Insurance licenses after learning the insurance business through on-the-job training. Bill also holds the Life Underwriter Training Council Fellowship (LUTCF) designation. Along with Sherri, Jackie and Tammy, Bill and his staff have more than 65 years of combined insurance experience.

The agency has sponsored various local events including the Farmer’s Market, Community Day, and Halloween Parade as well as the local fire and police departments. In addition, all of the agency principals are active in their community. Bill has served on the board of directors of the Union Cemetery of Hellertown and the Chamber of Commerce.
